By accessing and using RawFootage Lab (rawfootagelab.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Site.

2. Description of Service

RawFootage Lab provides a curated directory for camera-original raw video footage for editing practice, color grading, and educational purposes. All footage is hosted on YouTube. RawFootage Lab embeds YouTube players for preview purposes and provides links to the original source pages. Any downloading of footage from third-party sites is done entirely at the user's own discretion and risk. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their actions comply with YouTube's Terms of Service. RawFootage Lab does not endorse, facilitate, or encourage any method of downloading that violates third-party platform policies. No account registration is required to access our Site.

3. Acceptable Use of Our Directory

RawFootage Lab grants you permission to use our Site as a directory to discover public links. Any use, editing, or distribution of the actual footage you find via these links is strictly between you and the original copyright holder. We grant no licenses or rights to the third-party video content itself.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute raw footage files as standalone downloads or stock libraries
• Sell or license the raw footage files directly to others
• Use footage in content that: (a) promotes or depicts illegal activity; (b) constitutes hate speech targeting protected characteristics; (c) sexualizes minors; (d) promotes terrorism or political violence; (e) is intentionally defamatory toward identifiable individuals
• Claim ownership or copyright of the original raw footage
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download the entire library
• Remove or alter any copyright notices embedded in the footage

5. Intellectual Property

All footage remains the intellectual property of its original creators. RawFootage Lab does not claim ownership of third-party content. The RawFootage Lab name, logo, and site design are our trademarks.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our Site embeds YouTube video players and links to Discord. We do not host this content directly on our servers. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. You are responsible for ensuring your interactions with these platforms comply with their rules.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL FOOTAGE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS.

We do not warrant that footage is free from defects, viruses, or errors, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL RAWFOOTAGE LAB, ITS CONTRIBUTORS, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR FOOTAGE.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Site (which is zero).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RawFootage Lab and its contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of footage.

10. DMCA & Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe footage on our Site infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice to rawfootagelab@gmail.com with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the infringing material and its URL
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

Because RawFootage Lab does not host any video content, our compliance with valid DMCA notices is limited to removing the outbound link from our directory. To have the actual video content removed from the internet, copyright holders must submit their takedown requests directly to YouTube.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Sections 4-10 survive termination. If you believe your access was terminated in error, you may contact us at rawfootagelab@gmail.com to request a review. We will respond within 14 days, though reinstatement is at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jharkhand, India.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at our provided email. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be escalated to the local courts of Jharkhand as outlined in Section 12.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RawFootage Lab regarding your use of the Site, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
